holiday lights.

i took this photo this august when my boyfriend and i went to Paris (my first time there!!). we happened to stop by the Notre Dame cathedral around 11:30pm after strolling through the Latin Quarter, and saw these amazing fire thrower street performers on the main plaza. we were too cheap and impatient to wait in line and pay the admission fee earlier in the day to do the cathedral tour, but this was the perfect end to a lovely day in the most beautiful city in the world...there is so much life and light and wonderful energy in this shot - so inspiring.
