leopard and a neutral, TGIF edition

currently wearing emerson slangbacks with favorite blue jeans and A.P.C. sweatshirt. these are gamechanger shoes that can go from downtown brunch to conservative workplace. (see my review re fit and quality). a dear friend swears by them as her go-to comfy-chic work shoes. but of course!

what are your go-tos lately?

PS: EF sale gems roundup: slangbacks in several colors here and here, also i love these elegant wedge sandals and alabaster vheels...all significantly marked down.

  1. I love those Emerson Fry green shoes, definitely on the payday wishlist! Would you say they run true to size? I'm in the UK so don't want to have to mess about with returns! I'm usually a 5 and a half in UK size but often find that 6 is just too big. With the open heel I'm thinking I should err on the smaller size...any thoughts?

    1. the slangbacks tend to run pretty true so i'd definitely go up if you're a half size. i'm almost always a US 6.5 and take a 37 in these. see my review for more details! :) let me know if you get a pair (or two!)

  3. Super cute! I love the leopard print, I tend to stick with the more classic colors, but the blue is a lot of fun!

  4. I'm finally catching up on my blog reading after a month of travel. It looks like you found a nice neutral flat. You inspired me to pull out a pair of pointy toed flats in a cheery color that I forgot I had.

  5. I can't work a pointy flat but I love that touch of delicacy on others.
